Very nice beer garden with a view of the Altmain. With delicious food and friendly service.

Uncomfortable dining room. Internet presence does not apply. Concerning the answer from the owner: Dear family Sauer, it is absurd to claim that we were wrong about the restaurant! Instead of accepting criticism, rather looking for the blame elsewhere and, if in doubt, blaming other gastronomic colleagues for your own inability, this is just completely unprofessional!

Very cozy and the food was good but not very much. ?

I ordered a cheese sandwich with dressed cheese for € 4.90. I only got a (!) Small slice of bread with smeared cheese, garnished with 3 onion rings and 2 pretzel sticks! That wasn't even a kid's portion! And that for almost 5 €! Outrageous! After I complained to the waitress, they were handed another slice of bread with garnished cheese! After all! So instead of one star, two stars! With two slices of bread right at the beginning, I wouldn't have complained either! In any case, the service was very nice!

The view of the Main in the beer garden is fantastic. If you moor by boat, then an afternoon stop under COVID-19 conditions is not recommended, as you have no idea why, you cannot go to the beer garden via the normal stairs, but have to go up the slope via "adventurous" trails.

The view is nice but that's about it. Bratwurst dry and tasteless. Potato salad not homemade. Plum cake was not edible. Once and never again.

Very nice seating, right on the Main

Great location right on the Main. The food was delicious - the service was very friendly. Price / performance is great. The plastic chairs criticized in other reviews no longer exist. Didn't pay particular attention to it, but I usually always notice something like that negatively. So I think that this point of criticism has disappeared.

Mittagessen in Mai 2019 To sit under the trees between the Fürstenberg vinyards over Köhler and the Alt Main river, enjoying a nice schnitzel and a glass of Franken wine, is a true pleasure that I recommend everybody to try.

Despite all prophecies of doom, the waiters are nice and endeavored to cope with the local canoe tourism. The food is great, to get a seat a voucher reservation is very advisable.
